Spes from Stóra-Hof
In 2008 we bought three promising mares, they all turned out to be chestnut for some reason.. Not our ideal color choose! But they all turned out to be good mares and all three went in first price in May 2009. The mares are Hnáta from Hábær, Viðja from Meiri-Tunga III and Spes from Stóra-Hof.
Hnáta from Hábær is a unique fourgater with extreme movements and willingness. She got 8.41 for riding abilities, eg. 9.5 for trot and 9 for tölt, spirit, form under rier, gallop and chanter!She is now pregnant and will get her first foal in May 2011.
Then there is Viðja from Meiri-Tungu III which also got 8.41 for riding abilities, 9 for tölt, trot and spirit! A very talented mare with extreme willingness.. She is after the honor price stallion Markús from Langholtspartur.

She is a even fivegater and we were planning on showing her again last summer but due to the flue we were not able to, but she has lot more to give. But we decided to get her pregnant with Sveinn-Hervar from Þúfu and she is getting her first foal in May 2011.
