Askja is a very talented young mare. She has amazing material for pace as well as soft tölt with high action. She qualified for Landsmót 2012 only four years old and got 8.20 for riding abilities - 9 for pace, 8.5 for tölt and spirit. She did even better last summer getting impressive 8.42 for riding abilities. She has a strong bloodline and will be a future breeding mare. She got her highest score on LM2014 - 8.32 in total and amazing score of 8.72 for riding abilities eg. 9.5 for spirit and 9 for pace, tölt and slow tölt. She is now pregnant with Ölnir from Akranes.
