Álfur from Selfoss
We are expecting eight foals next summer. And we have a theme, almost all the stallions have a bloodline to Orri from Þúfa - he is either the father or grandfather. It was not planned and just turned out this way. Perhaps because our mares don´t have so much Orri-blood in them.
The stallions are for example; Sær from Bakkakot, Sveinn-Hervar from Þúfu, Álfur from Selfoss and many others.

Hnáta from Hábær
Two queens, Hnáta from Hábær (8.18) and Keila from Bjarnastaðir (8.35) are pregnant with Hrafnar from Ragnheiðartöðum. Hrafnar is a two years old stallion after Orri from Þúfa and Hátíð from Ragnheiðarstöðum (10 for tölt). We took a huge chance bring these mares to Hrafnar but we belief that he will be great.
On the picture is our Hnáta from Hábær. She is a unique fourgated mare and has received 8.41 for riding abilities. 9 for tölt, spirit, form under rider, gallop and chaner, then 9.5 for trot. Hnáta will have her first foal in beginning of May 2011, we are very excited!

Sær from Bakkakot
The first price mare Spes from Stóra-Hof is pregnant with the Orri-son Sveinn-Hervar from Þúfa which has been proving himself to be a interesting stallions. His offsprings are mostly fourgated with powerful gates, much movements and willingness. They are succsessful on the competition tract!
Our favorite Vera from Ingólfshvoli is pregnant with the honor price stallion, Sær from Bakkakoti. There is a lot of Ófeigur from Flugumýri in both Vera and Sær but he is one of our favorite "old" stallions. Their offspring will probable very powerful but probable not with much main..! We are very excited to see it next summer but I have calculated the BLUP and color in worldfengur.com and there are high chance that the foal will be buckskinned, that would be great!

Byr from Mykjunes II
We brought two first price mares to the promising Byr from Mykjunesi II. The mares Elja from Þingeyrum a fourgated with eg. 9 for form under rider and then our little star, Viðja from Meiri-Tungu III (8.21). Unfortunatly only Elja got pregnant so Viðja will be in training next winter.. so that is bitter sweet because Viðja is extremely fun to train and work with. She has 8.41 for riding abilities; 9 for tölt, trot and spirit.

Byr is the only stallion that we used last summer that doesn´t have a Orri-blood. But Kjarkur and Orri have of course the same father, Otur from Sauðárkróki.

Perla from Hólshús
Perla from Hólshús (7.89) and Hrafndís from Hofi are pregnant after the full brothers; Álfur from Selfoss and Álffinnur from Syðri-Gegnishólar. Perla is a fourgated mare with spider movements and great confirmation. Hrafnadís from Hofi is a daughter of Hrafn from Holtsmúla, we trained her first offspring this fall and she turned out to be very promising.

Duld from Eyland
Lastly but not least our Draumsýn from Minni-Borg is pregnant with the promising Hákon from Ragnheiðarstöðum. Hákon is after Álfur from Selfoss and Hátíð from Úlfsstöðum (10 for tölt). Draumsýn is not shown because she got injured on her hind feet but she was a good fivegater with good tölt and movements.
